We will be upgrading the VPS server control panel at 23:00 today. VPS Customers may experience slow response times for no more than 60 seconds. Users will also be aware of small interface improvements as we bring in new features and bug fixes.

Dear Customers,
We have just received notification from our upstream in Manchester that they will be performing emergency network maintenance tonight. The plan is to harden their network against a recent influx of router targeted DDoS attacks which has already caused us disruption last weekend.
Date: 15/02/11 (Today)
Time: 23:30 GMT
Duration: ~30mins
There is not expected to be any service affecting disruption but it would be wise to consider the network as ‘at risk’ as in any instance where maintenance to a live network is occurring.

Dear Customers,
We are currently experiencing network issues at our Manchester POP where by traffic keeps failing over between our primary and backup feeds to our upstream.
Our upstream is aware of the issue and their engineers are working on a fix now.
