Effective immediately all our virtual private server customers will have access to graph information showing current and past information on the cpu, memory and network traffic. This can be accessed by selecting the statistics link at https://manage.europhase.net

We would like to inform you that our technical support department will remain open during the entire festive period. Please continue to use our web based helpdesk (https://www.europhase.net/clients/) if you have any problems with your service.
Our sales telephone line will not be open on the 25th & 26th December and the 1st January however if your request is urgent please call and leave a voicemail which will be acted on as a matter of priority. E-Mail is the next best alternative and while non-urgent tickets may be a bit longer over the holiday period, you will always receive a response to your enquiries within a few hours.
