Dear Customers,

We are currently experiencing network issues at our Manchester POP where by traffic keeps failing over between our primary and backup feeds to our upstream.

Our upstream is aware of the issue and their engineers are working on a fix now.

Update @ 14:50 GMT on 13/01/11: Network now stable

Possible LINX Issues

Dear Customers,

We are hearing rumours that there may be issues @ LINX again this evening and judging by the LINX network graphs it would confirm this. The traffic stats can be viewed here: https://www.linx.net/pubtools/trafficstats.html

As always we will keep an eye on things and let you know if any serious issues crop up.

DDOS Attack @ Manchester POP

Dear Customers,

With the help of our upstream, we have just successfully mitigated a very heavy DDoS attack destined for our Manchester POP which lasted approximately 10 minutes. This did not cause an outage however customers may have noticed slow speeds during this period.

Our apologies go out to anyone affected during this short period.
